How We Handle Your Data

Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

REACH OUR DESK

Reaching Our Data Desk

If a question about your data comes up, you do not have to hunt for a form. Privacy requests reach the team that handles account support, so you can write in through live chat, email our data desk, or send a WhatsApp message during Pakistan evening hours. We acknowledge requests the same working day.

Team online

Live Chat In Your Account

Sign in and open the chat panel to raise a privacy request. Our agents verify your identity, log the ticket, pass it to the data desk with your question attached, and keep the thread open until you have a written outcome.

Email Our Data Desk

Write from the address registered on your account so we can match the request to your profile. Attach any JazzCash or Easypaisa reference and we reply in writing.

WhatsApp Support Line

Send a short message during Pakistan evening hours and an agent confirms receipt. Simple questions about stored details or account access are answered straight away. Larger requests move to the data desk.

HOW WE WRITE

How We Keep This Page Accurate

We treat this page as a living document rather than a one-off notice. Our support and compliance leads read it every quarter, the wording is checked against how...

Written By The Operator

The text comes from the team that runs account onboarding, payment reconciliation and support. Every sentence matches a real process...

Tested Against Live Records

Before publishing we test each claim against what the platform records: login logs, JazzCash and Easypaisa references, chat transcripts and...

Quarterly Wording Checks

Every quarter we reread the clauses with our support leads and note what moved, from new rails such as SadaPay...

Plain English Throughout

We write short sentences, define terms where we first use them, and avoid phrasing that hides what happens to your...

Read By Support Agents

Agents who answer your chats read each draft before it goes live, because they hear what account holders ask about...

Corrections Within Seven Days

If you spot something inaccurate, tell us and we log it. Confirmed corrections appear on this page within seven days...

ACROSS POLICY PAGES

How This Page Fits Our Others

Our policy pages share one structure so you always know where to look. This page covers personal data; the terms page covers account rules, the payments page covers rails and timing, and...

01

Same Heading Flow

Each policy page opens with a short summary, then moves into the detailed clauses, then contact paths. The order never changes, so you can jump to the part you need.

02

This Page Covers Data

Personal data is handled here: what we collect at registration, how references from JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast are stored, how long records stay, and your copy requests.

03

Terms Page Covers Accounts

Account rules, eligibility in supported regions and closure steps sit on the terms page. Where a data question depends on an account rule, that page explains it in full.

04

Payments Page Covers Rails

Clearing times, confirmation steps and reference formats for each rail sit on the payments page. This page explains only how those transactional records are stored, protected and eventually removed.

05

Security Page Covers Access

Login protection, session handling, device checks and account recovery live on the security page. Read it alongside this one to understand how access records are created and what we log.

06

Shared Change Log

One dated log tracks edits across the policy set, so a change on the terms page is visible from here. Where a revision touches data handling, it links to the paragraph.

07

Consistent Language

Headings, sentence style and the way we define terms stay the same across the policy set. You should never need to relearn our wording when you move between pages.

What You'll Find On This Page

The layout here is deliberately simple. A summary sits up front, the numbered clauses follow, and the change log stays anchored so you can jump to...

Summary Strip Up Front

Three sentences tell you what the page covers and which rails apply to your account. If you only need the short version, the strip alone is enough.

Numbered Clause Blocks

Each clause carries a number you can quote in a support chat. Numbers stay stable between revisions, so an answer from last month still points at the same paragraph.

Anchored Change Log

A dated list records every revision with the day it appeared, and older entries stay visible. You can check what the wording said when you first joined us.

Rail Chips You Can Tap

Small chips show JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast, and tapping one opens the clause covering how records for that rail are kept. It saves scrolling the whole document.

A Link Per Heading

Every heading has its own link, so you can send a friend a single clause instead of the whole page. Useful when you want a second opinion before joining.

Text That Scales

Body text follows your browser settings on phone and desktop, and the numbered clauses stay readable on a small screen. No clause hides behind a collapsed panel here.

Privacy Questions We Hear Often

Your name, contact number, email, date of birth confirmation and device records. If you fund the account, we also store the transaction reference sent by JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast.

Records sit on servers we control, with access limited to staff who need them for support, reconciliation or fraud checks. Nobody outside those teams reads your profile, and every access is logged.

We send the minimum needed to confirm a transfer: the reference, amount and time. JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast each receive only their own transaction data, never your login details or chat history.

Account details stay while your profile is open and for a set period afterwards where tax or anti-fraud rules require it. Payment references follow the same window, then are deleted or anonymised.

Yes. Write from your registered email and we reply with a summary of what we hold, usually within a few working days. If something is wrong, we correct it and confirm.

Ask through live chat or email and we verify your identity, settle any open balance, then start the deletion process. Confirmation reaches you by email, and retained records sit under restricted access.
